The Executive Leadership Forum - Leveraging time, knowledge, and experience to take you and your organization to the next level. |
For many of us professional development is more of a dream than reality. A pile of books you intended to read, training seminars you didn't want to spend money on, and networking groups that you just don't have time for. Unfortunately, these activities we so easily put off are the very things that help keep our ideas fresh and our skills sharp. |
Managers and executives in small and mid sized businesses have to find ways to leverage both their time and money to create opportunities for their own development and growth. One of the best ways to do just that is to join an executive peer group. Peer groups offer executives the opportunity to meet with colleagues holding similar positions in other non-competing organizations and leverage their combined experience, knowledge, and skill. The Executive Leadership Forum, facilitated by consultants from Palmer & Associates and Larson Gross provides an excellent peer group opportunity for the executives of Whatcom and Skagit county. |

In addition members have access to an executive coach from Palmer & Associates who can provide one-on-one support to help them bridge the gap between group discussions and implementing solutions in their organization. |
What sort of time commitment is it? |
The Executive Leadership Forum meets one evening every other month. Each session lasts approximately 2.5 hours and includes discussion and skill development. In addition each member can arrange to meet with an executive coach between forums to provide additional one-on-one support. While members are encouraged to take advantage of this coaching relationship, it is purely optional. |
What does it cost? |
Each six-month term is $200. Individual coaching may be arragned separately for an additional fee. |
